Our reputation comes from the work
Most of our work comes through referrals and word of mouth. That is why we care about the preparation beneath the finished roof, the details around chimneys and valleys, and keeping the agreed scope clear. We would rather turn down work than accept a specification we cannot stand behind.

Clear terms before you book
We are VAT registered. Our normal payment arrangement is a 30% booking deposit and 70% on completion, with agreed stages linked to completed work for larger projects. New roof work has a minimum 10-year company guarantee under its written terms. Insurance-backed guarantees are not currently available from us.
We are a CITB-registered employer. That registration is not a product warranty or a guarantee of an individual roof.
