What Happens When You Book
From your first photos to the final tidy-up, here’s how we organise your roofing work.
1. Tell us what you need
Send your address, job details and photos. We review the information and let you know what is needed next.
2. Arrange an inspection
If a visit is needed, we agree a suitable time after reviewing your enquiry. Our usual inspection hours are weekdays 5–6pm and Saturdays 10am–12pm. Roof access and any drone inspection depend on suitable conditions.
3. Receive your written quote
Your quotation sets out the proposed work, materials, VAT, any options and the total price. Scaffolding, skip arrangements and access requirements are confirmed for your particular job.
4. Accept and pay your deposit
Our usual terms are a 30% deposit and 70% balance on completion, as stated in your quotation. Roofing work is not booked into the diary until the quote is accepted and the deposit has been received. We then agree the work dates with you.
5. Prepare for the work
We confirm arrangements for access, parking, scaffolding and a skip where required. Please let us know about access restrictions. Weather can affect roofing dates; we’ll keep you informed if plans need to change.
6. Complete and tidy up
We carry out the agreed work, clear our work area and explain what has been completed. The remaining 70% is due on completion under your agreed quotation terms.
Your guarantee and aftercare
Our new roof work carries a 10-year workmanship guarantee. Any guarantee applicable to a repair or other work will be set out in its quotation; the same guarantee does not automatically apply to every job.
Keep your quote and invoice for reference. If you need help afterwards, use our existing-customer help form with the property address and job or invoice reference.
