Our roof replacements carry a minimum 10-year guarantee, with the scope and terms provided in the documentation. We are VAT registered. Our usual payment split is a 30% booking deposit and 70% on completion, with agreed stages for larger work. We accept credit cards but do not offer finance ourselves.
Insurance-backed guarantees are not currently available; we are working towards the required certification. You should always know which guarantee you are receiving.

It is understandable to worry about cowboys when so much of the work is out of sight. We would rather show you what doing it properly means: clear preparation, suitable materials and care with the details you may never see from the ground.
We will not agree to hide known defective work beneath new tiles or use a specification we cannot stand behind. If a job only works financially by cutting those corners, we would rather turn it down. Taking longer and earning less on a job is preferable to leaving work we are not proud of.
Most of our work comes through referrals and word of mouth. That reputation matters more to us than rushing onto the next booking.
