REAL ROOFING NINJAS PROJECT

Roof replacement on Parklands Way, Waterloo

Roofing Ninjas / Completed roofing work

This large detached home on Parklands Way, Waterloo, is a real example of our roof replacement work. The project included the main roof, the flat roof at the side of the property and the lower bay roof, with plain tiles, bonnet tiles and associated leadwork.

Before and after: Roof replacement on Parklands Way, Waterloo — Earlier and later photographs of the same property.

More than a main roof replacement

A house with several roof sections needs each part considered. On this Waterloo property, our work extended to the side flat roof and lower bay, as well as the main covering. The plain tiles and bonnet tiles on the lower roof are part of the detail that gives the finished work its character.

Before, during and after the roofing work

Our drone photographs show the same property before and after the work. Additional photographs record the underlay and battens before the new covering went on. The later views show the roof with the scaffolding removed. These are photographs of our own work, so you can compare the result for yourself.

Planning a new roof in Waterloo or Crosby?

Tell us about any adjoining flat roofs, bays or roofline work you would like considered too. That helps us discuss the full project with you and make the scope of your quotation clear. We care about the smaller roof sections and leadwork as well as the main roof.

Can I ask for a quotation for a similar project?

Yes. Send your postcode, a short description and any photographs you already have. We can confirm whether we cover your address and discuss what needs assessing before preparing a quotation. Photos are a useful starting point, but they do not show every part of a roof’s condition.
