A leaking flat roof needs an assessment of the problem before choosing the work. Tell us where water appears, which roof section is involved and whether previous repairs have been attempted. Photographs can help explain the layout, but they cannot establish the condition of everything beneath the covering.
Agree the covering, drainage and adjoining details
The replacement proposal should identify the covering, the condition of the base, how water drains and how the roof meets adjoining walls or other roof sections. We will explain the proposed system for your roof rather than promise the same product for every property.

Can I ask about replacing only my flat roof?
Yes. Send your postcode, the roof’s use and any photos. We will discuss the work and whether we can help.
Will the quotation show VAT and payment terms?
Yes. We are VAT registered. Most projects have a 30% booking deposit and 70% payment on completion; larger jobs may have agreed stages linked to completed work. We accept credit cards but do not offer finance.
Will you explain the guarantee for my project?
Yes. Our roof replacements have a minimum 10-year guarantee, with the scope and terms in the project documents. For other work, ask for the applicable terms in your quotation. Insurance-backed guarantees are not currently available.
