Leadwork needs to be considered as part of the roof around it. If your enquiry concerns a leak, tell us which junction is involved and what you have noticed. We can discuss whether the enquiry is for an individual detail or part of a wider roof replacement.
Bespoke dormer leadwork in Wallasey
For the Wyndham Road project, the customer wanted to retain something of the dormer’s original style. Philip kept the shape and appearance of the barge boards while giving the detail a more modern finish. The work used Code 5, 18-inch lead, with a triangulated diamond detail at the front crest to deflect rain away from the dormer.

Valley renewal and chimney back gutters
Our completed work includes a lead valley renewal in Halewood and chimney leadwork and a new back gutter in Ormskirk. These reports show specific work rather than generic examples of what a roof might need.

Can I send a photograph of the roof detail?
Yes. Use photographs you already have or can take safely from ground level. We can then discuss what needs closer assessment.
Will the quotation show VAT and payment terms?
Yes. We are VAT registered. Most projects have a 30% booking deposit and 70% payment on completion; larger jobs may have agreed stages linked to completed work. We accept credit cards but do not offer finance.
Will you explain the guarantee for my project?
Yes. Our roof replacements have a minimum 10-year guarantee, with the scope and terms in the project documents. For other work, ask for the applicable terms in your quotation. Insurance-backed guarantees are not currently available.
