Tell us where you have noticed water, damage or deterioration, and whether the roof has been repaired before. Photos are a useful starting point, but a visible mark indoors does not by itself identify the roof work needed.
Repairing a roof detail or replacing a roof section
Our completed projects include valley renewal, chimney leadwork and replacement of leaking porch and bay roofs. Some enquiries concern one detail; others involve a roof section that needs replacing. We will discuss the proposed scope for your property.
When previous roofing work has gone wrong
One of our documented corrective projects involved stripping back a poorly installed roof, refelting, rebattening and renewing the leadwork. The original work had underlapping and had been tiled over without removing the whole roof underneath. See the corrective roof project.

Can I call about urgent roof damage?
Yes. Call 0800 433 2215 and explain the situation so we can discuss availability and the next step. We do not promise a fixed emergency arrival time.
Will the quotation show VAT and payment terms?
Yes. We are VAT registered. Most projects have a 30% booking deposit and 70% payment on completion; larger jobs may have agreed stages linked to completed work. We accept credit cards but do not offer finance.
Will you explain the guarantee for my project?
Yes. Our roof replacements have a minimum 10-year guarantee, with the scope and terms in the project documents. For other work, ask for the applicable terms in your quotation. Insurance-backed guarantees are not currently available.
