This terraced home on Storeton Close, Birkenhead, shows how much a replacement roof can change the appearance of a property. Our drone photographs record the original covering and the new roof on a later visit.
A clear before and after comparison
The neighbouring houses and roof lines are visible in both photographs, making it easy to identify the same property. Against that familiar setting, the change from the weathered covering to the new roof is clear. The photographs show the visual difference; they are not an assessment of the condition of neighbouring roofs.
Following the roof replacement through its stages
We have photographs of the roof during the work, including the underlay, battens and installation of the new covering. The later photograph was taken on a return visit, with the scaffolding removed. The gap between the photographs is not the time taken to complete the job.
